The volume is too low and some of the kids apps that you need to connect to the internet mostly look bigger on the pictures and the screen size is really 4.3 or 4.5 instead of 7 Customs service. From corner to corner the tablet is 7 inches, but inside the screen is small. Just send it today and it's really boring. The tutorials are the worst out there. No fun. My kid doesn't even play with it, it doesn't tire him Other tablets and educational games I'll check for a few more hours but really useless, I'm thinking of returning them.
