Good cookware but case cracked on first use

I like the harness, it's not too bulky and flimsy for my baby, but I ordered this particular set because it came with cases. I was going to use it for my daughter's lunch box but the travel case broke at the hinge after the first wash. That's why I'm giving it two stars because I wouldn't have ordered it without the case. The seller went out of their way to contact me after I posted this review and offered to send a replacement. I decided not to take up their offer but their customer service upgraded my rating to 4 stars.
