it's not even non-stick
So, does it make great fish dishes? Yes. will you impress your friends? Yes. Fish almost always breaks because it gets stuck? Yes. This item is not even slightly non-stick. I had to rub it with olive oil so they came out decent from the pan. They make good fish shapes with nice visible designs but I probably broke about 50% of the ones I made (I made 18? I think) which is very disappointing. and a spoiler alert: it's really hard to clean because everything is stuck to it.
