We are big fans of soy bedding. Nothing like that. The material itself is light, but with very thin pointed pieces: it scatters everywhere, even in a pot with high sides. Huge clouds of dust when cleaning or filling the box. Small amounts of urine collect in hard rocks that I think could gouge someone's eye out. A lot of urine, like my kidney diseased kitten, doesn't stick together, it just stays there, like big golden puddles in the desert. I bought this because my regular litter was delayed but it was a big mistake. I will never buy this filler again and will throw away the remaining 75%. Buy something else.
