Review on 🚲 Venzo Bicycle Bike Handlebar Mount Mirror - Blue or Silver lens, Anti-Glare Glass, Crystal Clear Rear View - Mountain or Road Bike Cycling by John Baker

Clear view, safe, secure mount, great price A+

I received these mirrors today. I've read that unless they can be mounted right next to the handle, the rider's hands tend to block part of the view. To an extent that's true, but in my opinion they can still be used. I. since I have a set, right and left, if I want I can put the right mirror under the bar on the left and vice versa, and they say it works great as the hand doesn't block the view, According to other reviewers, who did it. I might try it sometime, but for now I'm happy with how the mirror is working. I installed it on an e-bike so I can't mount it right next to the grip - the motor controller is right next to the left grip and I can't move it further in or I would lose the ability to press the thumb control buttons without removing it from the handle. So for now this setup works for me. NOTE (03/15/19): I ended up using the right mirror mounted on the bottom left and there is a noticeable improvement; nothing blocks the view and obviously there is a better view of what is beside and behind me. A few things I would like to add: 1. A pair of these mirrors costs the same as an identical mirror from another manufacturer. These mirrors from this supplier offer excellent value for money.2. The bracket fits perfectly on my 22mm handlebars. NO slip. VERY easy to install. It is very easy to tighten, so if there are bumps, the mirror does not move at all. I only ride on road so can't confirm how they perform off road but these mirrors are strong, well built and functional. The images are clear with no distortion. Highly recommended.3. The blued mirror provides a slightly darker image.4. I use a third eye type mirror on my helmet and there is a difference in perspective depth between the two mirrors. The third eye shows more accurately where cars actually are, while the Venzo mirror shows cars further away than they really are. Just something to be aware of. OTOH, the Venzo mirror is much more useful on cars that are actually close to me, while the third eye has a complete blind spot in that regard. Together they become the best of both worlds.
