A few weeks ago, I installed this in my mid-2013 MacBook Air. Installation was a breeze except for the fact that the screwdrivers packaged with the battery were basically crap. I was able to inexpensively purchase better drivers here on Walmart and completed the battery swap in only a few minutes. Several weeks down the road, the battery is exceeding my expectations. It charges quickly, holds a charge for a long time, and my laptop has a new lease on life. Importantly, I did check out a few videos on YouTube that went into greater detail on MacBook battery swaps. There are some important extra steps to take, including fully charging and then fully discharging the battery after installation. Apparently this helps to preserve the battery life and ensure that it functions as well as it can. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this battery and would purchase it again in a heartbeat.
