It's very easy for me because I am not technical person at all, but my colleagues are so helpful in using this software that we can manage our grants without any issue! If you want your own website then it will take some time as they have paid service only option available now which makes more expensive than other companies who use free sites like WordPress or Blogger etc..

But if budget permits definitely go with them just try out once before finalizing decision otherwise there could be lot of issues later too!! Try their demo version first also make sure everything works smoothly while signing up process should work fine after registration itself. Easy interface helps us managing multiple projects easily within one window no need separate windows again & from where i get information about each project status everytime!
