This drum was changed a month ago. This week he advised me to replace the drum again and within minutes he completely damaged a Brother printer (4 years old) where it no longer works! He jams all the paper and makes a HUGE moan. VERY DISAPPOINTED - this was an exceptional printer. UPDATE The seller sent me an apology note - my reply was "You reply 3 weeks after I posted my review - not very forthcoming. No, I don't need a replacement drum as my very reliable printer literally stopped working less than a month after changing the drum. I had to replace them and the only replacement was your drum. Below industry standards, below Revain standards, and your response time is also disappointing.” John J. Hogan
