The Weston 18 liter Roasting Oven lets you roast or bake without using a conventional oven. Or provides an additional oven for cooking larger meals. Can hold a large turkey and roast it well. The bird will be well browned, unlike cooking the bird in a slow cooker. The curved lid creates much more space. The device is very durable and has proven itself. I haven't baked in it but have used it to roast chicken and turkey with great results. Cleaning is easier after a little soaking. Mom always takes it, she likes it too. Handy in the kitchen.
