Works but a base was missing. Unfortunately none of my other candle bases fit so I had to use tape to hold the battery in place. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. They were too cheap to bother shipping back. We installed them in our bathrooms in the sunny house. They run until dusk and then turn off a few hours later, when we're probably already in bed. In our master bathroom I have a large timed candle that lights up at 9pm and goes out at 5am so there is some overlap between the two. Since we are offline there is no light pollution where we live and I don't like banging into furniture or using a flashlight in the middle of the night lol.
