Review on Protective Travel Case for Garmin DriveSmart 65 / 61 LMT-S & Other GPS Navigators by Tim Larsen

Well made and roomy

I travel occasionally and like to take my own GPS with me (you can never count on Hertz/Avis to have it on hand when you need it). You never know what kind of car you're going to buy, so you'll need to pack a whole bunch of mounts. I have a dashboard that I can use with command bars, an AC fan holder, and a few other bits and pieces. I also have a power cord and I would like a USB charger for my phone and a 3.5mm connector cable for audio. I don't like looking for all these parts when I go on a trip, so I want to have them all in one place, ready to go. The lid has a soft spot for GPS, protecting the screen from anything else in the case, and a pocket on the bottom for cables and mounts. I can fold the dash so the base is up and the mounting arm is against the cable tray. everything fits perfectly and can be closed. ready to go!
