When we bought this grille, the picture had rough edges that we drilled ourselves. The photo shows after we fixed it. Otherwise if you run your hand over them you will probably cut yourself because they were sharp edges. As a juicer it was about half the price of a store like Williams Sonoma and free shipping with AMAZON PRIME. Someone asked where it was made, but that question was tricky. I have included pictures of instructions in English and German referencing Germany, but the only label that is on the bottom of the unit reads: WAN MEI. A bit misleading and it's probably safe to say it wasn't made in Germany. It's still a solid device, but again it needed a bit of tweaking, which we were able to do ourselves. We use it on pomegranates and it makes great juice. If you're not handy, you might want to pay more and buy branded devices.
