I didn't have enough time to form an opinion.
When I received it, my first thought was that the back is too small. I put them in my daughter's ears and twisted them as tight as possible. The same day she came home with only one. This is the fastest loss of an earring she has ever lost. At least the others gradually loosened up and I was able to pull her up every few weeks or so and when she lost them I blamed myself for not pulling her up sooner. I never had a chance with that.
