A promising product. Having 4 cars in one is a good idea, but the execution is lacking. This machine doesn't even have a display for the current room temperature or humidity! The application also lacks this rather simple but important point. I mean the machine needs to know these things to drive the logic for cooling or heating drying, but why not show it to the user? Perhaps a software update could make this possible, but I won't hold my breath. The current software is a mess. You only need 3 different apps to make this machine work with Alexa! First you need to download the Delonghi Pinguino app and update the system firmware. Second, you need to install Smart Life app, and the third app is Alexa app. After you set up the car with Smart Life, the Pinguino app loses the car. But you can still launch the Pinguino app from the Smart Life app and control your car from there (I know it's confusing!). When using the Smart Life app to view machine details, a firmware error appears. But don't worry, it will still work. Alexa finds the car by setting the Smart Life Skill. Alexa identifies the car as a thermostat, and you can use Alexa to turn the car on or off, set temperature targets, and more. Your Wi-Fi must support 2.5GHz for this to work. I cannot recommend this car. It's very noisy and the cooling performance is pretty bad. I haven't tried the heater yet, but maybe next winter it will come in handy. The air-cleaning abilities have yet to be tested, and for the humidity control, I'll have to take DeLonghi's word for it. I have a Dyson air purifier that shows real-time air quality data and my Nest thermostat can show the current humidity and temperature so this machine's malfunctions aren't a deal breaker for me as other devices can support it. What I received was defective and I had to send it back. Most likely there was a coolant leak because it started pushing the chemical smell out of the car and the cooling performance was very weak.
