Wifi doesn't work! Customer support is not helpful! Remote control without LCD screen! Electricity bill up to $60 was used multiple times! I returned it!

This review is specifically about the heating function of the unit. It heats up efficiently until the unit displays an "hL" error message indicating a high water level in the internal water tank. This keeps happening because for some reason this one doesn't self-assess the amount of condensation when I'm in heating mode, unlike all four other units I've owned. The actual failure of the company there.

This block cools my 200 sqm room well. Feet, mostly glass. The vent port is impractical and there are gaps at the top and bottom of the window that need to be covered. Memory foam glued in the cracks is very useful, but in the summer the air outlet needs a screen.
