First of all, it is super noisy in heating and cooling mode. to the point where I can't have remote meetings in the same room without a noise-cancelling headset. However, the problem is that the device always gives an alarm. In most cases, they disappear when disconnected from the network, but this is quite annoying. In heating mode I get an HL alert daily which means I need to remove the water from Dank. Why the heck does this device produce water when heated? No idea. but that makes it difficult to use. Last but not least, their Wi-Fi connection is not working. I have a 5G and a 2.4G network with the same name and the device refuses to connect to 2.4 because there is a 5G network. So I really advise against buying it!
