Received a case from the seller today with a note explaining the problem with the previous batch and there was another case next to it. Of course, when I put my iPad Air 4 in it, it WORKS GREAT. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend. I've had many cases of endpoint and had no problems at all. Perhaps the company didn't have enough time to perfect it because it was intended for a newly released product. Therefore, since October 28, 2020, the product has exhibited a defect where the upper right side of the case keeps slipping off the iPad due to lack of support, especially when trying to remove the stylus or holding it slightly in landscape mode. Use Touch ID. Overall a good case. Please note that this case will increase the volume of the iPad, which is not a disadvantage - just a note! I'm sending mine back and waiting for the problem to be fixed.
