Decent won't buy again
Very sticky feel needs some drying but still feels tacky this was decent but I won't buy it again because of the quality after about and it cracks and it is a really gross feeling, i should have just gone to walgreens and gotten something better for my lips. The eyeliner on some of them isn't soft, they're actually quite rough. I made a line to mine, it looks better but money wise can't complain, you get what you pay for, hope this helps!
