Review on Brewista Tornado Duo Pour Over Coffee Dripper: Double Wall Glass, #1 Coffee Filters, Serves 1-2 Cups - Review & Comparison! by Anthony Cornelius

Pretty good speeds up the process of drip irrigation.

This is a fairly good quality well made drip coffee maker with a Chemex teapot that uses either paper or mesh filters. I think it could probably be used as a standalone dripper over a large coffee mug, for example, but since the base size of this device is small, you'd need to match the diameter of the mug or jug almost exactly. That's why it works with a funnel drip brewer like Chemex or others. Eventually he will fall into the funnel. The idea is that the vortex with the dripping liquid creates a vortex and instead of each drop having to land on the lower pointed end of the paper cone filter, fresh coffee droplets can travel through the sides all the way to the top with increasing speed with each intake. . And it really works. This is much faster than using Chemex with just a paper filter. I would say 3-4 times faster. Which may or may not be good depending on your personal preference. Because the liquid goes through so quickly, I can see where there might not be as much being extracted from the grounds, resulting in a weaker coffee. However, in my experience, this has not happened. I've been careful not to pour too much water into the coffee grounds at one time, which could result in a weaker coffee whether you're using this device or not. All the instructions for the device I received are in Chinese, luckily it's not a super tech gadget, so just plug the funnel into this device, then plug into the drip brewer's funnel and use as is used. Because this funnel is narrower, Chemex filters don't open as wide, but still work, but can be annoying if left down depending on the type of filter used. The little black plastic part is just a kind of stand to put it on when you take it out of the pot. It has an anti-slip coating on the bottom to keep it from sliding on the table. It has a small cavity for extra drips from the filter to fall into, but it's really only needed when the dripping is almost over - don't try to put it on a small stand when there's a lot of water left in the filter. otherwise you will have a mess on the counter. Overall it does what it's supposed to and really speeds up the drip brewing process. Personally, I find the current price of €38 a bit high. But this glass is very good quality and you only have to buy it once so not a budget hit. Solid fives.
