If I could give this item less than one star I would. Everything about this product was terrible. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that there was a huge scratch right on the front. These were scratches and dents throughout the product. The case, which was supposed to be thick enough to protect her, was the wrong size and didn't fit properly. Then there was the charger. Charging pin, does not fit in the port. The screen literally popped out of the plastic around it. This is utter nonsense and I wouldn't advise wasting time on it. I am so disappointed.
