Bought this tablet for my 2 year old granddaughter. The tablet is well made, however the operating system could be a bit better, it freezes and freezes at times when using it, frustrating even my oldest granddaughter to use it. It's not something I'd buy again thinking I'm getting a full-featured, high-quality tablet. I'm a bit disappointed because I bought it to use for customizing and coloring apps/games which are supposed to be simple apps and I expected the machine to run smoothly.

We have returned this product. Tried it on our 4 year old. Wanted to go the cheap route due to its age but it wasn't worth the hassle. It's incredibly slow. And for a 4-year-old girl, patience is not that important! glitches and errors. In addition, the menu buttons for returning to the home screen or closing applications are hidden so that when clicked they appear at the bottom. The tablet itself is a good tablet. Good picture quality, but the battery doesn't last more than an hour. So my son doesn't really have time to study anything or watch the show in full before we have to charge him. It literally takes a full day to charge. Even if I leave it charged overnight and play it in the morning or afternoon, it dies within an hour. If it weren't for that, the thing would be great.

This tablet is easy to set up and very comfortable to use. It's a good size and lightweight. It's nice that some apps come preinstalled on it, but you can add your own stuff too. It has features that allow parents to control what kids do and have access to, which is really awesome! Easy to navigate when they work well with phones, basically the same. I really like the quality for such a cheap device.

When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that there was a huge scratch right on the front. These were scratches and dents throughout the product. The case, which was supposed to be thick enough to protect her, was the wrong size and didn't fit properly. Then there was the charger. Charging pin, does not fit in the port.
