We have returned this product. Tried it on our 4 year old. Wanted to go the cheap route due to its age but it wasn't worth the hassle. It's incredibly slow. And for a 4-year-old girl, patience is not that important! glitches and errors. In addition, the menu buttons for returning to the home screen or closing applications are hidden so that when clicked they appear at the bottom. They kept popping up whenever my daughter tried to play games or swipe the screen and she got frustrated. This is probably a setting I could have changed but didn't bother with other issues. The battery life is 5-6 hours (or something pretty acceptable) but you have to turn it off and not just put it to sleep or it will drain the battery. It's not like the iPad. Pros: The pritcom game suite/software is great programming for kids. Very good educational games. Hopefully we can get similar games on a better device with a faster processor.
