My horse liked it when I had it. Very snug on his face and he was always relaxed when dressed. As an aside, we got him from some people who treated him a little more than harshly which caused him to be anxious and anxious about a few things. We went slow in his training to desensitize him to anything he was afraid of, but while checking his legs he got nervous and tried to run and then the halter broke. The leash is good and quite strong but I would only recommend the halter for calmer horses that don't pull too hard on the halter!
