Review on Wagner Spraytech 0515237 Outlet Valve by Kendrick Dooley

Worked great for a short time until my sprayer stopped pressurizing, at the time it seemed normal as it does when the tank is empty. When I checked there was still a lot of paint but the pressure wasn't increasing. Inlet strainer, inlet and outlet valves, sprayer emptied, checked and cleaned, then washed with a cleaning solution, poured paint, but the problem was not solved. Luckily the rest of the piece I painted was small and I hand painted it with a roller and brush. After a complete disassembly, disassembly, and inspection of the major components of the unit, I discovered a cracked o-ring on the inside of the outlet. a valve that isn't visible unless you remove the end cap. Without the proper seal provided by that o-ring, the vaporizer won't build up enough pressure and will just keep running and running. Luckily I kept the old valve with the inner seal intact and was able to fix the problem. Unfortunately, these items are sold as a set, individual components are not available.
