The first amp I was sent was defective. However, I sent an email to support which was provided in the box. Ryan reacted quickly. As if we had corresponded. He identified the problem the same day and sent me a replacement with tracking number the next day. When the new one came everything worked as it should. I like the quality and the speakers were easy to install. The small dimensions of the amplifier are also good. I applaud the quality of the product as well as the customer service.
