Nobody reads three or four stars; what the product deserves. I wanted the potential buyer to be aware of the quality issues. My first purchase came with a broken dome. While there is a list of several options; how to contact the manufacturer, you really only have one. Send it back to Amazon. Contacting the manufacturer. Really send an email so they can send it back to go back to Amazon. The second GB car arrived with parts and parts including tow legs marked 3 and two marked 4. Parts 1 or 2 are missing. The base where these supports converge was somewhat defective. One side was too wide to connect the support leg. It took some convincing. The screw hole used to connect the parts was too narrow and required some drilling to increase the diameter of the hole. I probably should have come back for better fitting parts, but I've already walked that route. Another option would be to find another brand. But the car looks fantastic, works great and the parts are cast iron (strong). Would I buy one for a friend, yes, but I would like to know that it can be a hassle to collect.
