Fixed tachometer issues

I bought this along with all the other parts needed to recover my giddiness as I had an issue with the tachometer not reading accurately. Be very careful when removing and installing the distributor. They say it's 3 bolts, but you really have to remove the valve cover and then loosen the 2 bolts on the head/rocker assembly that hold the swindle in place. This makes insertion and removal easier. Also make sure you set cylinder 1 to TDC and if you reinstall Dizzy you will notice a series of lines on the key and the head itself. Line them up before pasting to make sure you have time. Also replace the O-ring just in case. do not fasten anything or you may break off the end of the camshaft. (I did it once) I rode it for 4-6 months and had no problems.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
