It's easy to use once you know it well enough; good support via phone or email is available at all times of day/night in some countries with English speaking staff members if needed! I cannot think anything negative about this product.

We've been using sqlitools since 2016 - no issues so far (we also host our own servers). Easy deployment process as there aren't any additional plugins required like other products out now such that we need an agent installed by us ourselves first before going live after testing locally beforehand.
