Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Cycling Computer - Bell Dashboard: Optimize Your Ride by Mark Bennett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is what great value for money looks like

I'm giving 5 stars because of the price. Let's face it, you want to look good when you buy a new bike, and sexy aero frames and carbon fiber stuff is an economic sacrifice if you're not rich. For Those on a Tight Budget When the cost of a bike eats up your entire budget, you'll have to wait until your next paycheck (or next few, depending) to get all the accessories you want. That thing shines. At the time of writing this review, the price has even dropped below what I paid for it ($8) and honestly at $8, even if you can't afford to buy lunch after paying for the bike, you can you can afford this simple bike computer. That's what I love most about him. I don't know how long it lasts or how accurate it is (I'll review more critically and report) but it worked flawlessly on my first test ride (4km). To do this, you need to program the wheel size and some basic parameters like kilometers or miles, time, etc. Then, by pressing the right button, toggle between different displays to show distance traveled, average speed, maximum speed and time, etc. It doesn't have GPS, but oh my, for the diminutive size and mostly free price point, this thing offers impressive performance for the driver who just needs basic data in a neat, tiny, lightweight package. I haven't tested some of the additional features yet, e.g. B. It should show you with a bike icon when you're accelerating or slowing down and show the wheels on the icon spinning forward or backward, but I didn't forget to check it out on my test rides. It also displays a plus or minus sign if you're going above or below your average speed. These features are so cool, it's hard to believe it's all possible for such a low price. I wish there was a more elegant way to install it rather than using the included zip ties and I could try and find a way to get rid of the somewhat garish looking zip ties around my front fork. At this point I feel like a discerning, intermediate level rider about to get my first ride without breaking the bank and I have to admit that given the price point I have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering buying a bike considering this bike. Computer as a starter and then decide if you want something more complex after that.
