Liked: - The box it came in was ok then there was a good charging box - Seemingly cheap but high tech product with all the flashing lights and displays. And then the box to charge the headphones in was an easy and smooth process. Dissatisfied: - The right earpiece didn't work. - The attitude was very uncomfortable. - First the two headphones need to be paired, this process has never worked on this particular device I received. I thought I might have done it wrong so I deleted the pairing from my phone and re-set it up at least 5 times. - Read, read again and reconnect the left earphone and right earphone. careful and pairing with my phone didn't work though. - The left side connected successfully every time, but at MAX volume, neither the volume nor the quality was normal. I would compare the quality to equal or less than a $3-$5 pair at cheap Target tanks near the entrance of their stores. In fact, Target at least performed as expected, and you knew what quality you wanted at this price point. Action: Product return today 06/30/2020
