Good quality trousers. The thighs are cut very tight. My 13 year old son who wears skinny 14s found them too tight in the hips. They look like skinny jeans on him. Since we bought them for a formal occasion, they weren't the "style" for it. Luckily they fit my 10 year old son who is a skinny size 12. I had them sewn by a seamstress. On my 10 year old the waist and hips of these pants were nice and roomy. He will wear them with a belt, but they fit well without a belt, loose but not falling around the waist.
