Review on 💦 Moen 84980SRN Single Handle Centerset Faucet by Mood Neboet

A brand new faucet leaked from the spout when off and from the handle when on. The reason turned out to be a bad cartridge lock nut. It was cross-threaded from the factory, so the cartridge wasn't seated properly. Several calls to Moen and still no decision on a replacement (the item must be too new because they 'can't find it on their system' so they need 'permission' to put all the crickets in a pair to sort out weeks. )
