Color is a bit more on the brown side of taupe than in the picture, and the fabric is softer than I expected (not as stiff/canvas-y as most trench coats). It's also not as thick as I thought it would be, but so far its warm enough. Fits well (I'm usually a size 2-4, 5'5" and a 34C) although the sleeves are slightly short and the shoulders are a little narrow.
- Helps you stay comfortable in wet and cold conditions
- The coat may be too thin to wear in cold weather
