After cleaning pots and pans of Farberware at church and friends, it was obvious that my current set was not of the right quality. I was very nervous as I've never used anything other than nonstick; was I ever surprised. Very concerned that all the non stick pots and pans I've had before due to scratches and chips have decided to take a chance and pay a little more for safety. After purchase, I started cooking on the advice of 4 and 5 star reviews of these pots and pans. Nothing stuck with a little butter or olive oil on low heat and they peeled better than the nonstick! With numerous fractures just healing in my shoulder, these cups were light enough to lift but strong enough that I found them to be durable. The handles didn't get hot enough to use a protective film and I've used literally every pan in this group. My food turned out great.
