This Karl Lagerfeld Paris Maybelle CHOUPETTE camera shoulder bag is very charming and I love the merlot color in this cool cat style. The color that shows on my computer screen on their product page is pretty much the same as the color I received (definitely Merlot - a very beautiful and rich color!) and it arrived absolutely flawless, no stitching, none sloppy threads etc - just perfect and adorable! It's made from synthetic materials, so if you were expecting real leather, this isn't it. It does have a bit of a leather feel though (although you definitely won't tell when you touch it) but it doesn't feel soft at all, making it very durable and very easy to care for and clean. It's made of durable material that won't scratch, wear, etc. at all, keeping it looking new for a long, long time. Seams are nowhere to be found. There is a small zipped pocket inside, but that's about it - it's very minimalistic and the size is very small and light. On the back there is an outside pocket that closes with a magnetic flap, but unfortunately it is not suitable for large cell phones. (My iPhone 7 Plus doesn't fit.) The zipper is secure and strong, the adjustable wallet strap is strong and adjustable, and everything about it is very well built and built for years to come. The "cat" face is stitched to perfection and really gives it personality with a cute chic look that will definitely draw attention and lots of "Awww! I LOVE your wallet!" comments. This is the perfect gift for a cat lover or a treat for yourself - it's expensive! This shoulder bag is perfect for my wallet, phone and some essentials when you go to places where there is a lot of walking and I don't want to lug around a big and heavy bag. It holds a little more than a fanny pack, but that's about all I like about it. The cat face on the small size of this bag is just adorable! Overall the quality of this shoulder bag is very good and if you love cats and Karl Lagerfeld then this bag is for you. Two thumbs up from me for that!
