I'm a technician and I drive A LOT. I really wanted to like it and keep that Bluetooth, but we just have too many problems with that. 1. One of my two phones kept connecting and disconnecting, which was very annoying when I heard "disconnected.connected" from time to time. None of my other Bluetooth headsets have ever done this.2. The charger is terrible because it is the original charger. Not a fan of not being a micro USB charger or iPhone. Pretty annoying.3. The noise canceling is unfortunately very bad. I work in a noisy environment on accounts and with Plantronics Bluetooth you don't hear much of the background noise at all BUT it's very loud for the caller on the other end with this one. I've been told by over 10 people that it doesn't cancel out much noise at all. Also, it didn't even suppress the "road noise" while driving. It just can't happen when I drive over 2000 miles a week sometimes. The volume jumps everywhere. When you turn it on to listen it sounds very tinny and almost crackles in your ear and hurts your ear. Then I scale it down and it's too low. There is simply no middle ground here. I really wanted to like it and I wanted to keep it BUT there are too many things not good about this headset. Sorry I have to send it back. I guess I'll have to go back and buy the $100 Plantronics, which I know sound good, cancel noise very well, and speak caller names too.
