Easy to get on and works great - after a few extra minutes of studying the details and wires. Directions suck. All the steps were there but without enough detail to make the installation easier. DO NOT cut any of the original wires. Carefully change the controls from your original radio to this new decal. Then route the speaker and antenna wires along the left sill into the trunk or hatchback area and simply connect to the existing wiring harness connectors for the stock stereo. Then solder the power and speaker wires to the wires behind this new panel and the ones coming out of your new stereo. Route all of the XM radio wires and mic wires up the left pillar to the driver's side visor and you're almost ready to attach the stereo. Last thing I had to do when installing Alpine (assuming other aftermarket stereos are the same size). ) consisted of removing the bracket behind the dash that holds the original stereo. Three screws and that's it. Then I clicked on the whole block and everything was done. It's been about 4.5 hours. It should have been closer to 2.5 but since the directions were so sparse there was some time. Overall it works well and looks very nice.
