In fact, it is in the Amazon in Hong Kong, it's just that the market displays it crookedly. I bought together with Hong Kong 3900X and 4 HyperX Fury HX430C16FB3 / 32 slats. I ated the BIOS to the latest version and tried to set the timings native to the memory: the system refused to start. It started only at 2800 MHz. I ran memtest and it turned out that one of the memory sticks was broken. After removing the broken bar, the memory started successfully at 3GHz. We managed to squeeze 4060 MHz out of 3900X with all loaded cores (24 threads, training neural networks as a load, the temperature on the process is about 77 degrees).
