Review on Samsung Wireless Monochrome Connectivity Replenishment by Gavin Hernandez

I'm going to throw this thing on the wall. I'm pretty tech savvy, but I keep getting this stupid "network error" message. My password is correct, I restarted everything including router, printer etc. Still no luck. Tried on TWO DIFFERENT MACs, both wired and wireless. Been trying this for almost 3 hours. Now I have to go for a game and come back a few hours later and try again. I am now very upset about this product. I would return it but I received it as a gift for my father in May 2018 and he didn't open it until August 2018 so I can't return it now. Let's see what happens, if anyone has any advice please give.
