FIRST BAD REVIEW FOR ME RECENTLY!

I'm going to throw this thing on the wall. I'm pretty tech savvy, but I keep getting this stupid "network error" message. My password is correct, I restarted everything including router, printer etc. Still no luck. Tried on TWO DIFFERENT MACs, both wired and wireless. Been trying this for almost 3 hours. One of the best printers

I like this printer. does what it says It's fast and the ink is smart. Price. Very quick and easy to replace ink cartridges. I found the printer to be easy to set up if you follow the instructions. I connected the printer to my laptop and went online to download the drivers and then the print wizard took over. You have 3 options: USB, Media (smartphone) or Wi-Fi. I chose the WiFi setting. Dumb Smart Printer

I have never left a review but this printer is so bad I have to warn other buyers. I had to reset frequently because the pinter ignored the wireless print command. Unfortunately, since it worked for a couple of print jobs on my last repeat, I let the return window occur before the same problem reoccurred. My computer keeps telling me my printer is disabled when it isn't no matter what I do. If I want to print, I have to physically connect the devices. You see, I got into physical connections…

I've installed and reinstalled drivers and they usually worked for a very short time before they stopped working properly. Every time I want to print I have to disconnect, reconnect, try to get the computer to recognize the printer, print about 3-5 times while discarding errors and trying again before it prints properly . Return: connection failed even the tech was confused

I was thrilled with this purchase and thought I had completed my research. According to reviews, it was easy to set up and worked right away. This was not my experience. The printer was returned after four hours of trying to install and troubleshoot; Two of those four hours were connected to my desktop remote connection by an HP technician while we both worked to troubleshoot printer connectivity issues.
