I have never left a review but this printer is so bad I have to warn other buyers. I had to reset frequently because the pinter ignored the wireless print command. Unfortunately, since it worked for a couple of print jobs on my last repeat, I let the return window occur before the same problem reoccurred. My computer keeps telling me my printer is disabled when it isn't no matter what I do. If I want to print, I have to physically connect the devices. You see, I got into physical connections and multi-wiring years ago, and I don't want to go back to a physical barrier of this machine in my immediate workplace. I'll leave that in the lobby for those who don't find it a nuisance. I'm sure this will be a great printer for them as they print every few months. (In fact, I'll attach a note describing this situation.) Oh, and it says it supports duplex printing. Yes, it is done by hand in a time-consuming and complicated way, which defeats the purpose of efficiency. I would not recommend this to anyone and I offer my condolences and apologies to the person who picked this up in the lobby.
