I have been struggling with gastritis for many years due to gluten sensitivity and damage to the intestinal lining has taken a toll on my body. Over time I developed leaky gut and bacterial overgrowth due to lack of stomach acid. It has no taste and dissolves easily in water without settling to the bottom of the cup like most other brands that contain fillers and binders. Within minutes of taking it, I feel a calming effect in my gut. Unfortunately, this supplement will probably be a staple of my diet for the rest of my life as it is very difficult to stay 100% gluten free with my active lifestyle. Even the smallest amount of gluten upsets my stomach, but this stuff is like a band-aid with Neosporin on it and it heals and soothes really fast. Plus a great price for a quality product.
