received fairly quickly, about a week after ordering. I like it for the most part. I had to go back immediately as I was plugged into 3 different outlets and it was NOT working. I even asked my 13 year old to try it just to be sure. I like that it has plenty of power outlets and USB ports. It has a very thick cord and the cord is very long. Which I LOVE because I need it to traverse the whole room, we only have 2 outlets in the room. Although it's a bit bulky. Will update when I get a replacement next week and hopefully it works. UPDATE: The 2nd must also be returned. The husband checked, the electricity is not supplied to the outlet. I've tried every outlet in my house and NOTHING. I really like the design and what not, but I also expect the product to actually work.
