4 stars because I couldn't use them on my own. They worked fine when I used two pads. Underneath I used round washable pads from another brand. I lick too much and they didn't work on their own. I liked the shape. Much better than regular nursing pads. Creates a more natural look. No more round breasts! A: I wore them with my extra layer for 12 months. They tolerate washing at least 2-4 times a week. Get enough so you have at least one pair a day. The shape and durability were the greatest virtues!
