has stopped working. It would just turn off the power. When I put in a new battery or removed and reinstalled an existing battery, it would turn on for a few seconds, work, then die. I have contacted support with the date of purchase and the steps I took to reproduce. Problem. They reply (in black text on a black background for some reason) asking the date of purchase and such nifty questions as "Are any cables broken" for a wireless mouse? I answer questions and wait (because they only answer in the middle of the night). I then have to go through another round of "troubleshooting" using a mouse that won't turn on and trying to use it on multiple computers with multiple software configurations. Which is weird because the hardware won't turn on. does not run the software at all. I answer these questions and confirm that installing new software on the computer does not turn on the wireless mouse. Then the answer is that now I have to send video proof showing that it really is broken. I have never dealt with such stupid tech support.
