The defect and razor support is probably the worst in the world.

has stopped working. It would just turn off the power. When I put in a new battery or removed and reinstalled an existing battery, it would turn on for a few seconds, work, then die. I have contacted support with the date of purchase and the steps I took to reproduce. Problem. They reply (in black text on a black background for some reason) asking the date of purchase and such nifty questions as "Are any cables broken" for a wireless mouse? I answer questions and wait (because they only answer…

Pros
  • Dual connection mode: Supports Bluetooth for energy efficiency and HyperSpeed wireless for lag-free gaming. Maximum Acceleration (G): 40
Cons
  • Vulgarity

I need to stop buying mice

Yes, I have a lot of these. Everything was bought brand new. This review is for the Razer Basilisk v2 [wired]. Let me start with the fact that I have seen many, many mice. Compared to my absolute favorite, the G403, this is the most comfortable I can live with. I played with it for a long time and there was no pain or wrist problems. Like Razer, you can download an app to mod the mouse's shiny innards. What I like the most is the thumb rest. Oh my god yes I can finally hold the mouse to…

Pros
  • Up to 450 hours of battery life: 450 hours in Bluetooth mode, 285 hours in HyperSpeed wireless mode
Cons
  • Mostly fine, but...

Great mouse but major flaw

EDIT: Left button is no longer held after less than 6 months. Give this mouse a big chance. Overall, this is a great Logitech g502 series wireless clone for a pretty good price. The sensor and accuracy are good, the weight and ergonomics are not exactly like the g502 but very close. The big problem though is that this is supposed to be a gaming mouse, but it does have a slight "wake up" delay even if you don't move it for 10-20 seconds. By the time it took me to type that first paragraph, he…

Great mouse but fatal error

EDIT: Left button stopped holding after less than 6 months. Give this mouse a great shot Overall, this is a great Logitech g502 series wireless clone for a pretty good price. The sensor and accuracy are good, the weight and ergonomics are not exactly like the g502 but very close. The big problem, however, is that it's supposed to be a gaming mouse, but has a slight "wake-up" delay even if you don't move it for 10-20 seconds. By the time it took me to type that first paragraph, he had already…

Good Hardware Bad Software

This is my first Razer product and I've always known that first impressions count. It's clear that Razer doesn't share the same mentality. What I like about the mouse itself: - Smooth scrolling - Satisfying tactile clicks - Slightly rough texture (I personally don't like smoothness) - Macro DPI cycling What I don't like about the mouse itself: - Right click is a bit harsh, a bit catchy with the ring finger Why can't I recommend this mouse; i love this mouse My first Razer product and I was…

Excellent value for money

First of all, it's important to note that this is a review of the Razer Basilisk X mouse, not the Razer Basilisk Ultimate which is a vastly improved version of the mouse. Most of the reviews are for the Basilisk Ultimate for some reason, but with a picture and the one you order on this page, you'll get a battery-powered Razer Basilisk X. TL; DR: I've been using this mouse for office use for a month. Great price for what you get. Feels good in hand with traditional grips (claw, palm, fingertip),

Pros
  • PC
Cons
  • No performance
