Very moisturizing. Non-greasy, does not weigh hair down like many other moisturizing shampoos, leaving the scalp clean with no residue. I noticed significantly less irritation, much less dryness, itching, redness, breakouts and hair loss that I experienced with regular shampoos and even other specific shampoos for scalp and dandruff (I've tried almost every brand in the stores). . I can say that the changes started after the first few washes. I only use this shampoo every other day or every other day and in between the days I use Sebamed anti-dandruff shampoo with Aveeno conditioner. It seems to work; My scalp is finally healing and back to normal.
