I was intrigued by the glowing comments posted about them on YouTube, so I went to check them out in person. They don't distort the music too much and the stage is a good width and depth. Without the bass, I felt like I was floating. The midbass is solid and easily accessible. And looking up from below, it appears more like a boom than whatever they're trying to replicate. In the bass's lower range, they are, to put it mildly, not successful in reclaiming ground. There was too much air in the meal, and the animal became over fat. The core is exquisite; it is rich in detail and silky in texture. Some tracks include an entirely synthetic upper range, while others seem like they were missing a few decibels of air. To my mind, this does not belong in the same price bracket as HF air. Because I won't be using them as a headset, I have no use for features like noise cancellation or other sophisticated adjustments. One earpiece was making a lot of annoying squeaking noises. The ears start to perspire. While they are lightweight, all of these factors discouraged a purchase. Still, that's just how I feel. I thought maybe someone else could benefit from hearing this.
