We love that we can take our applications to where it needs be without fear of downtime or lost business because there are so many options from which you as an organization choose what works best for your environment, budget etc., I also really like how easy they make upgrades with theming capabilities too! That’s not much but still something worth mentioning in this day & age when things get outdated quick!! Sometimes their customer support team may seem slow at responding sometimes (we have had several instances) however all departments work closely together internally if one doesn't know then ask someone who does.
