Do not buy this product. That sucks. In the five months that I have owned this product, it has stopped working twice. The first time it came back a few hours after disconnecting from the network, the second time it failed and wouldn't turn on again. And don't even try to call customer service. You sit for hours listening to terrible music and signaling messages of virtue. We bought these when we needed to replace our original Keurig which has served us well for a long time, but obviously the quality has dropped since the first purchase. Again. Do not buy this product. They can't even provide decent instructions on how to use it. I had to find a video on You Tube on how to descale this model.
